Important Notice

Please note that Claire's Collective does not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must include all original components and packaging.

  • The product must show no signs of improper use or careless handling.

  • Items subject to hygiene standards must be clean and unused.

  • Any defect or damage must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Claire's Collective reserves the right to refuse returns if products appear used, damaged, or altered through no fault of our own.

If the return meets all conditions, it will be processed within 7 business days after receipt at our warehouse.

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please send an email to:
info@claires-collective.com

Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

  • Customer’s full name

  • Customer’s address

After reviewing your request, we will provide the correct return address.

Do not send returns to the original sender address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer.

 

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the final item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Claire's Collective by a clear written statement via email.

The withdrawal becomes effective once we receive the returned goods.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

Important Information Regarding Order Processing

As our order fulfillment process is automated, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, cancellation is not possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait until delivery and then initiate a return in accordance with our return procedure.

Because some products are shipped internationally, transit times may vary and are outside our control.

To ensure faster processing of your return, we recommend sending us proof of shipment once you have returned the package.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding original delivery costs and any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard shipping option.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive:

  1. The returned goods, and

  2. Confirmation of your withdrawal request.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

You will not incur additional fees for the refund itself.

 

Return Address & International Returns

All approved returns must be sent to our designated central warehouse.

Returns are shipped at the customer’s expense and risk. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Claire's Collective cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
